| Tutorial11: The Basis of Down Sampling |
 We often make "Down Sampling" to decimate data and decrease its
sampling frequency. First of all, you need to download DSPLinks and install it on your PC.Please start "DSPLinks" after installation.  Then you see a blank schematic like following.  Please click on "Open icon" to open an existing schematic. Open "dsf1.DE2", which should reside in the directory DSPLinks was installed. (Re-install DSPLinks if you could not find that)
