To see Pass Band precisely, choose "View" -> "Scale Change" on the menu. And Set 5000 for End Frequency and -1.4 for Gain Range.

The first RMZFIR (U_2, Ripple Factor=0.01) is like following. Pass Band Ripple is very small.

Second RMZFIR (U_3, Ripple Factor=1) is like following. Pass Band Ripple is big, besides having deeper reduction ratio.

If you want its coefficients, please choose "Tools" -> "Save Coefficients" on the menu.

You may have deeper reduction ratio if the slope is slower, i.e. if there is more distance between Fc1 and Fc2. But please understand that Remez Algorithm sometimes fails to generate coefficients due to weird parameters.

That's it for this tutorial. Nowadays, Remez Algorithm is frequently used to have deeper reduction ratio. (Remez Algorithm is also called "Parks-McClellan Algorighm" or "Equiripple Approximation Method".)
