 When the monitor window of WAVOUT or WAVIN is enabled, you can hear the
sound and save it into a Wave file.  When the monitor window of CHBLPF or CHBBPF is enabled, you can save the
coefficients. (They are serialized Biquads) That's it for this tutorial. Please understand how to see spectrums and
how to filter signals. These are very basic stuff of Digital Signal Processing.
