The AM signal is modulated like this.
You can check the spectrum of the AM signal. Open a monitor for FFTMON
(U_11).
There are peaks at 2700Hz (3000 - 300) and 3300Hz (3000 + 300). That's
because the Carrier is 3kHz and Base Band is 300Hz.
That's it for this class. We use a multiplier to mix Base Band and Carrier. Please note that the Base Band needs to be always positive value before the multiplier.
In next class, we will put a demodulator after the circuit of this class.
