 After you connect WAVOUT and NOTCH by a wire, double-click on WAVOUT to
change parameters.
You need to set an output Wave file by clicking "Change Output File"
button. Any name is OK but "test1.wav" is fine.
After you save the schematic, please open WAVOUT's monitor window.
See the waveform has become very slim compare to WAVIN. You may check the
sound and feel the ham noise is gone!!
That's it for this class. The basis of noise reduction is (1) check the
spectrum, (2) consider which frequency is unnecessary and (3) filter the
unnecessary frequencies.
