 Next, please open a monitor for DECIM(U_3).  This is a decimator to pick up data with a interval (M) and offset (C).
In this case, it picks up one point then discards three points because
M is 4.  Let's open a monitor for TXTOUT(U_4) to monitor decimated output.  The sampling frequency has been decreased from 400Hz to 100Hz, i.e. x1/4
Down Sampling. However, it's not pure sine wave and includes some lower
frequency.  Please see FFTMON(U_7) to see its spectrum.
