 How about the spectrum?? Open a monitor for FFTMON (U_5).  3kHz is decreased a lot (more than -100dB).  Now, please double-click on RMZLPF and click "Change Parameters" -> "Quantize Coefficients".  Then enable the check-box and put "16" for "bits". And click OK three times to close dialogs.
