 MULTIP is just to increase the magnitude of signal by two. So let's open
TXTOUT (U_17). High frequencies are removed and pure 500Hz has come back with the sampling
frequency 44100Hz (twice faster).  Let's see the spectrum. Open a monitor for FFTMON (U_11).  However, there is a spectrum remaining at 21550Hz(=22050-500). This is because filter's reduction ratio is not enough (that
was only -70dB).
