 There is another QTZ (U_13) after MULTIP. Please open that. The filter's coefficients are quantized but its output signal is not quantized. That's why the QTZ is located here. This uses 16bits to make a simulation model of 16bits system.  To see the spectrum, please open a monitor for FFTMON (U_12).  Quantization noises are added in high frequencies but the peak at 21550Hz
is bigger than that.
